The State and organization of Culture: the organization and the state of Culture

A quick glance at the recent history of public policies on culture in Brazil would lead us, without much effort, the following questions: 1) the actions that are necessary to articulate and develop our cultural production within a context of local, state, national ? What role would be up to the Government in each of these spheres and as a whole? What models of existing funding levels of efficiency and their distortions? Given the wide cultural diversity of the country, which is being encouraged and what the ramifications social, economic, political and ideological of these options?
